▶NZ-50 CNC step grinder with coarse and fine grinding integrated, widely applied in molding cutting tool step grinding, large length ratio workpiece, punch, micro bit processing
▶Easy to operate with high accuracy grinding wheel.
▶Designed based on the design concept of Swiss company ROLLOMATIC
▶The machine tool system adopts the imported ANCA system and software.
▶X, Y, Z and V linear axis adopts the imported ANCA servo motor and Japanese THK leadscrew and guide rail.
▶German INA high precision bearing group for axis end support to ensure the rigidity of the grinding and production efficiency and quality of the production, realizing the semi-finished grinding processing of multiple varieties of tools.
▶Equipped with a 6-joint robot to achieve fully automatic workpiece acquisition, effectively reduce the labor cost and management cost, improve the fully automatic and high production, and greatly reduce the failure rate of repeated loading and unloading.
